We started with forty owners who took our calls.
Sky High Realtors opened in 2009 with one room above a chemist in Greater Kailash 1 and a list of forty owners who were willing to pick up the phone. The list is longer now. The way we work has not changed.
We do not put everything on the website. Someone from our side walks the floor first. We note which bedrooms get the afternoon sun, which lanes hold water in July, whether the lift was an afterthought, and whether the builder has finished his last three projects on time.
If a property is wrong for you we say so on the call rather than drive you across the city to find out. That costs us a site visit and saves you a Saturday.
Most of what we do now comes from people we sold to years ago sending us a cousin or a colleague. That is the entire marketing plan.
